Problems trying clean install windows on new laptop from China

I recently got a new laptop from China which has Windows 10 home China on it, so naturally I want to remove that and install regular Windows 10 on it.I've looked up methods and I created an installation media tool on a USB and tried to do a fresh install, but when prompted to select drive to install it tells me"no device drivers were found", I don't know if this is normal but under "browse" there is only the option of the USB stick and an "X:" drive. I then proceeded to try the "diskpart" method on cmd, but when I use command "list disk", again only the USB stick shows up instead of my SSD (on
