How to uninstall language pack from Windows 11 forever?

Is there a way to completely remove installed display language packs from Windows 11? During the installation, I've been unlucky to add Windows display language packs that I don't need. I removed those I don't need from Language settings, but after every system restart they are reappearing in the keyboard layout and in the display language drop-down list again. As a result, I have 6 Keyboard layouts when I only need 3. I found a way of a workaround but it only works until the system is restarted: Installing the language again and removing it helping to remove it from the Display language drop
