How to fix display shuts off for a sec when lose focus?

System:- Windows 11 Pro x64, RX 580, 24GB, Ryzen 5 3600, 240gb NVme- 3 monitors - 2 FHD(144hz and 60hz), one 768(75hz).Issue: Display shuts off for a sec then turns on when:- I lose focus like alt-tabbing, adjusting the volume(volume level display pops out), or other notification that will show on top while: - playing Unreal Engine game in fullscreen (no windows gui) - playing x265 codec video in fullscreen (no windows gui) with VLCIssue will retrigger when the popup(like volume display) times out.Only happens with Unreal Engine game and x265 codec video. Playing other games like source2 a
