My keyboard and mouse stopped working when I did a reinstall of windows 10, please help I can't get passed the sign in screen because the two are not

I reinstalled windows 10 and now I can't access anything because keyboard and mouse are not working. I need a way to get in to my computer without a keyboard or mouse!
