I can't change my 2 factor authentication details . How do I change my phone number on my account without using the authenticator app or having a code

Earlier today, something caused my name on my account to change. thinking I may have been hacked, I went to change the password only I can't. I need to log into the authenticator app, but the only way to log into the app is by authenticating it on the app which I can't do. My other option is to have a code texted to me but it wont send.When I go to change my number, it says I need to sign in on the authenticator app, which I can't do, or I get a code sent to my number which wont send. I tried sorting this out and then saw that I could reset my security information, which takes 30 days to do, a
