I have a gaming pc. Windows 10. In my games it will freeze for 5 to 10 sec. No clue why

Cup, memory, gpu, and ram are all have a slightly low % useg compared to what's normal according to Google. The graphics card it up to date and this is a new issue in the last few months. I had the pc for 2 ish years and never had any problem. I am not a big tec guy and have no clue what else to look for. My internet speed is above 300mb/sec with about 100ish ping wired in. In game I have decent frames and ping then it just freezes. There is no pattern and it happens at any time but lately it's gotten a bit worse
