I used to be Central Time, now I am Mountain Time. I changed everything in my PC under Locations and everywhere I could think of, but today when the Time Sprung ahead my PC automically went back to Central Time and so to solve this, I changed my Time manually, then click Mountain Time. Then I turned off "Set Time Zone Automatically". And left "Set Time Auntomatically" and Daylight Savings Automatically. Hopefully that works. If it does not I guess I will need to Manually set it all every time Daylight Savings Time comes around until Microsoft fixes that issue.
