I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop and for no apparent reason the keyboard starts typing double characters for ~~ ^^ ´´. This makes it impossible to type acute vowels (á, ó, etc.) and letters with tilde (ã, ñ, etc.). Or, I should say the keyboard doesn't wait for me to choose the vowel. I've tried every solution out there. Uninstalling the Keyboard in Device Manager fixes it but only for a moment, then it reverts back to double typing. I've also tried adjusting the repeat delay and repeat rate in Control Panel but not only it doesn't work but it's not relevant since the keyboard doesn't
