How to fix laptop being very slow and doesn't open mvidia control panel on first boot after leaving it off for a lot hours

So I have a problem that when I opne my laptop I need to restart it to work normal.On the first boot after leaving for some hours off the laptop is very slow and I think bc the nvidia control panel that is my nvidia graphics card doesn't not work on first boot and I am not able to open it so I need to restart for everything to work normal and fast(I have gtx1650)If anyone knows how to fix that please let me know.
