Hello! I have reset my PC really recently because of one of my GPU drivers crashing my system on boot. Not even Safe Mode worked. After I reset my PC, I went to install stuff from MSStore but it didn't launch. When I looked in apps, I saw this.?????? Can someone tell me how I can get the apps working again?Update: Terminal doesn't show tabs, Explorer does. Winget does not work and is not recgonized too
