I switched from my Bios from Other to UEFI Windows and appears to have lost all data from over a year

I thought I had Secure boot enabled but FIFA 23 wouldn't let me run with out Secure boot enabled. I switched my boot setting from Other Bios to UEFI Windows Bios and a my version of Windows was sent back to a previous version from last year. Is it possible to get this data back? If I switched back to other Bios, could this work?
