Windows 11 - Half of Windows Desktop Does Not Work

Only half of my Desktop screen "works". Visually it displays all the icons, but anything on the left half of the screen won't work.Right clicking produces no menu, dragging icons from the right half to the left half doesn't work (when hovering over the right side with an icon ready to drop shows a red circle with line through it).It is as if the left half of my desktop is disabled, or something.Thins I have done:- I have updated to the latest KB.- ran sfc /scannow- ran all the DISM utilities- Restarted Windows
