Internal SSDs and USB Sticks Won't Display Their Properties

When I try to view the properties of any of my internal SSDs or an external USB, I get a message that "Properties for this item are not available." I can successfully check the properties of files and folders, and the drives seem to work properly, but I just can't view the properties. SFC doesn't show any issues. I've seen some posts online about importing, exporting, and merging HKEY_CLASS_ROOT > DRIVE > shellex > PropertySheetHandlers with that of a working computer, but evidently, I'm not doing it correctly because I keep getting error messages.
