DSTM Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 Hi Guys.Would love to see shots, of your Work Stations, and I may be able to get some ideas,to improve mine.We spend countless hours in the Chair, also what type of chair, do you find most comfortable?I end up with a square Butt after 16 hrs.:p I have seen Pics of Work Stations with 3 Monitors, and also PC's hooked up to huge LCD TV screens. Wondering is this an advantage,or overkill.:) Quote Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.
Dalo Harkin Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 Cant do mine from here - but will do my gaming one later ;) Quote Intel Q6600 @ 4Ghz (Watercooled)Asus P5K premium black pearl4GB OCZ Reaper 8500260GTX Join Free PC Help - Register here Donations are welcome - here PC Build We are all members helping other members. Please return here where you may be able to help someone else. After all, no one knows everything and you may have the answer that someone needs.
RandyL Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 I have a simple layout Doug but it's in the center of my entertainment room. I share my setup with my coffee table. If you look for mine in "Show us your desktop" you'll see it. But I do have surround sound speakers now. Quote We are all members helping other members. DSTM Posted July 10, 2008 Author Posted July 10, 2008 (edited) Sorry Randy,I wasn't sure whether Work Stations, fell under Desktops. The only Desktops, I have seen are actually Desk Top shots, on Members monitors. You can delete this Thread if you deem necessary.:) Have you a link,Randy,Please. maynardvdm Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 No you're right Doug this is different, the other thread is just the Desktop Picture or Background. My setup is very simple: I use a laptop that is on my desk :D As for the chair: I am considering in investing in a nice chair with rotating abilities and height adjustments. ATM the wood one i got is hurting my butt :D Quote We are all members helping other members. Please return here where you may be able to help someone else. DSTM Posted July 11, 2008 Author Posted July 11, 2008 That looks great,Randy.Allways like the timber look, especially dark rich stains. I had a white keyboard, but all I can get here now, are black Keyboards, which I have difficulty seeing, with my poor eyesight. Was thinking of an illuminated Keyboard,to see if that would help. Thanks for sharing,Randy.Much appreciated, mate.:) Quote Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.

Dalo Harkin Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 I am surprised that you can play games on those screens with the amount of RAM you have - what GPU do you have in there>?
