hello im looking for an ACTUAL offline installer for net framework 35 in win10 to install certain program (why asked to install win update when i already downloaded 200~ mb offline installer anyway? i have been looking everywhere but no dice, im sorry if i missed solution here)i know the recommended alternative is using DISM,but the situation is my workplace's PC is prohibited from connecting to internet and USB so i cant use DISM methodis there a way to install it without reinstalling windows, connecting to internet, DISM/inserting flashdisk or such?preferably ACTUAL offline install, just cli
