New ssd + fresh windows install has made my motherboards onboard network adapters cease to exist. HELP.

After purchasing a new ssd (old one suspected of corrupted windows files) in my self-built pc and doing a fresh install of windows 10 pro. (basically fresh pc with no other hdd/ssd conected). suddenly my motherboards (asus b560-a) onboard network adapters have disappeared from device manager. I have updated the motherboards bios to latest. After switching back to my old ssd with same motherboard bios, they have come back again and i can use the internet which is how i am able to write this. From what i can gather, (tldr) switching to a new ssd + copy of windows 10 pro has somehow disabled my
