how to change windows startup sound?

i recently checked the option "play windows startup sound" in the sounds menu. so it played the win 7 startup sound in my win 10 pc. after a few days, i got bored with it and wanted to change the startup sound. i tried every possible steps (without downloading any 3rd party app), but in vain. it becomes annoying when Microsoft doesn't allow us the freedom to change startup sounds in our system. we never have the intention to damage the OS. we just want to tweak it and personalize it, not just changing the theme colour of our desktop.
