What changed from build 10240 to stop my Casio Digital camera to stop working?

Hello,Back when Windows 10 first came out build 10240 my Digital camera worked fine. After an update it stopped. I worked on it for a long time and then gave up. Recently decided to see I could get it working in this Windows 10 build 22H2 19045. Nope still does not work. On a spare laptop I loaded Windows 10 original release build 10240 and sure enough it works great. I wanted to see where it was in the device manager and what drivers it was using. Here are 2 pictures of the problem Windows 10 build, 22H2 19045 and then 4 pics of working Windows version build 10240 . Anyone know what
