I can't access my Bios, but I can boot up into Windows

Hi, I am running Windows 10. The issue I am having is when I try to press a key to access my BIOS while my system is booting, it freezes on the screen. I have attempted to go into settings and go to recovery, click restart now, go into Advanced Settings to select UEFI, and access BIOS that way. However, it also freezes when accessing the BIOS, with the same screen as the first attempt. I am trying to do all of this to try and install Windows 11. The PC Health Check app says I meet all the requirements, but my settings app does not. So I am thinking it has something to do with the BIOS. Even if
