My problems so far are :Screen gets stuck on restarting or shuting down screen without actually doing soOpening Windows update tab keeps loading for a bit then the settings closeI can't install or uninstall programs as they all either never start installing or they get stuck at the very end i can't reset my windows as it always stays at 0% in preparationIt all started one day, i tried opening opera gx but it doesnt even open, tried reinstalling it but always stops at the very end, tried installing google chrome, its always stuck on "on your marks" window What i have tried :Tried all those DISM
