I have the Close Program sound effect playing every few seconds. How can I figure out what exactly is triggering this?

So I set a sound effect for the Close Program windows event and I've noticed that that sound effect goes off constantly and I'd like to diagnose what exactly is causing this to trigger? I see task manager reflects audiodg.exe (Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation) using so much of my cpu and memory or at least being triggered every few seconds to play this sound. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can figure out what program is closing causing this sound effect to spam me like this? I'd just take the sound effect off, except I feel there's an underlying program or something that's opening
