Desktop PC is stuck in automatic repair loop - can only access the MSi BIOS

I made the stupid decision to turn my pc off using the power button before checking if it'd started up properly (turned it on but realised I wanted a nap) and now it's stuck in the automatic repair loop. I've tried booting it in safe mode by turning it on and off repeatedly but that doesn't work. I can't get into my recovery settings, f3 does nothing and f11 takes me into a boot drive selection. Del takes me to the BIOS so I've been looking through there. Any help is appreciated as I really need to get back to work. Thank you.
