Why isnt the diskpart command clean working with my partitions?

Hello everyone!In order to install a Kali Linux live on a pendrive of mine, i decided I would use a partition on my SSD as an installation media, as by doing that I wouldn't need to get another removable installation media (such as another pendrive or memory card). In order to do that, I created a new 5gb partition on the SSD, and went to transform it into an MBR partition (so that I could be bootable to install the linux). To do so, I opened diskpart, selected the volume, and typed the clean command, but, no matter what I did, it always refused to do so returning the following message: Clean
