Is there any way to restore files that have been deleted from the recycle bin in OneDrive? Please HELP!

I am absolutely devasted! Since my OneDrive data usage had been exceeded, I deleted a big folder and then deleted it from the recycle bin as well, since I thought it contained old files, but apparently it was all my very important videos for an upcoming project on my smartphone. Is there any way to restore files that have been deleted from the recycle bin in OneDrive? PLEASE HELP!
