How can I fix my monitor occasionally dropping frames?

This has been an ongoing issue since November of 2022, to the point I've started using my TV as my main monitor, and having the jittery monitor plugged in as a second screen.The monitor only seems to lag if there's a game on the screen, so things such as DDLC and Friday Night Funkin' cause these issues to happen, while Opera GX or Google Chrome don't seem to cause this issue.The TV doesn't cause any issues whatsoever to do with dropped frames, and when the issue does happen, I've seen that very little change in hardware usage (stuff such as CPU, RAM, GPU).
