Laptop takes a long time to turn on after installing the latest cumulative update.

Hello everyone. So, yesterday I installed update kb5023698. It installed successfully and I turned off the laptop. But today when I turned on the laptop, it took longer than usual to boot. I checked the bios boot time in task manager and it went from 3.6 to 12.1. I turned off the laptop and turned it back on and everything was fine. The BIOS boot time was again 3.6. Please tell me if this is normal?
