My laptop often "requests time out" when other devices not

I use the same hotspot for my PC, laptop, and phone, but only my laptop often experiences RTO and network errors; if I'm lucky, sometimes it's normal. On my laptop, I try using an external wifi receiver (the same one I use on my PC), performing a network reset, and reinstalling the driver, but nothing works. Rarely, my laptop also got a BSOD because of Qcamain10x64. Here I include different pings on my PC and laptop, even though I use the same hotspot in the same room at the same time.PCLaptopsry i use hyperlink, i can't upload photos direcly in here they failed.
