Turning on LSA(Local security authority) requires restart disclaimer doesnt go even after several restarts

After the latest KB4023057 update on windows 11, the setting (LSA) appeared and was recommended to turn on. After turning it on it says it requires a restart but even after several restarts the 'restart required' disclaimer doesn't go. Also this disclaimer is present on the bottom right-hand quick tray.
