Keyboard Input bar on taskbar appearing even after removing the second language every time

Link to the previous thread I am presented with this language bar near the action center of the taskbar every time after a restart. Every time I remove English (India) which happens to be the other language in the issue is added back and I cannot do anything about it. And if I try to look in the settings to see if the language is there or not, it isn't even there. I solve this issue temporarily by adding and then removing the aforementioned language to windows. This makes the language bar go away until the next restart. Even though the language is present in the language bar the default activa
