Alert Message from Public Calendar

I am running SBS on our network and have set up a shared calendar accessible

to all users which is located in our public folder and added to Favourites on

each PC. Is there any way to set appointments in the shared calendar which

will send reminders to all users without having to copy to their personal

calendars.
