Windows 11: Screen randomly going black; mouse, keyboard, nor ctl + alt + delete doesn't work.

Hi,I have a new Windows 11 laptop, but I notice the screen will randomly go black but with the backlight on, and no matter what I press or do it doesn't come back on. I have to do a hard reset. When this happens, the SSD lights on the side stay on and blinking along with other indicator lights. I have my sleep settings off so my laptop never falls asleep. I am thinking this is a issue with Windows 11 software in general. There is never one specific thing that triggers this event.
