Can't play Gears of War because of Startup Application

I bought the game at the store, and I inserted in my laptop. I installed the game, after installation, I opened the game and it shows "Startup Application has stopped working". Does anyone got any idea how to fix?ThanksBest Wishes-Sajad Sadiq
