Certain apps take so slow to load on my high end computer

Hi, been dealing with this for a while now. Some certain apps, executables open so slow on my PC. takes 3-5 minutes or so. I can provide more information if needed. I didn't really find anything bad on benchmarks though.I did the sfc /scannow and the DISM Health thing, didn't find any issuesI currently don't have any viruses on my PC (Malwarebytes)Please help. I don't want to format my PC because there is too many stuff to back up.Specs:GPU: RX6600XTCPU: Ryzen 5 5600NMVE SSD: KIOXIA-EXCERIA SSDRAM: 8X2 3200MHZ
