I need to install the MSXML 4.0 SP2 package in Windows 11 to install the Mathcad 15 program. Is there a possible solution, because I understood that Windows 11 cannot install this service? Therefore, on a computer with the Windows 11 operating system, the Mathcad 15 program cannot work?
