so out of no where one day i joined my friends party and it said i was talking even though my headset was muted i need help solving this issue pls and

so out of no where one day i joined my friends party and it said i was talking even though my headset was muted the only way to bypass this glitch or whatever it is, is to enable push to talk but i don’t want to keep clicking a button to talk and
