Cannot Connect to Internet and Taskbar Options Disappearing after Intallation (?) of most recent Windows Security Update

I was using my computer yesterday and everything was fine, I went to bed after I restarted my computer to update it. When I logged in the next day, I couldn't connect to the internet because it wouldn't display any wifi options, trying to connect would display an error message, my taskbar options for wifi, volume, and bluetooth in the bottom-right corner disappeared as well as the weather display on the bottom-left corner. These problems are occurring even though I have an ethernet cord plugged into my PC, the wifi works on my laptop, Ipad, and Iphone, and I've restarted my router multiple tim
