No rip functionality with Windows 11

Is there a way (or is it practical) to go back to Win 10 so you can use the Rip function in WMP? I thought I ripped all of our CDs to the cloud 3 years ago and found a stash in my husband's closet that I want to rip and get rid of. I have an external drive, but Windows 11 no longer has a Rip function and the recommended workaround EZ CD Audio Converter Free is now $40.Advise?Thanks.
