Why is Snip-Image now staying minimised after snipping an image?

Snip image previously did not stay minimised when being used. About three weeks ago, following a Windows Update, the process has changed and now it stays minimised every time I use the app to snip an image. Please note that the snip image does pop back up to display BUT only when I have selected the Snip Image setting to have Multiple Windows set to 'ON'. However, I do not need / want to have multiple windows 'ON' and I would prefer the snip image window to simply return to an open state (i.e. not remain minimised) each time I use it for a single snip image event.
