Kernel data inpage error?

Hi everyone, When i play video games such as, "rust" or "dead by daylight" the game works fine, but right as i open google chrome my pc blue screens and says "Kernel data inpage error" I have 2 drives, C and F drive, the f drive randomly disappears on windows file explorer, I Have Tried:1: Updating drives2: Going into advanced system settings and setting both the drives to no paging file,3: Updating my pc4: Resetting my pc (Although that didn't work since when i try to reset my pc it says "failed to reset your pc no changes were made"5: Checking my antivirus and making sure there were NO virus
