Trying to run Cyberpunk on windows 10 but it keeps telling me I need windows service pack 1 ore higher, but I've tried installing those and it dosent

Its as the title says, every time I try to run cyberpunk I get the message "This program requires windows service pack 1 or higher", but I tried installing service pack 1 and it didnt work. I really need help
