Settings app not working properly

Settings app names are messed up as shown in the picture. Furthermore when i get to click on an option such as multitasking, the app crush and close by itselfI also get this message: Systemsettings.exe - App ErrorThe direction to 0x00007FFD...reported to memory in 0x000000... . Memory is not possible to be readclick OK to terminate the programi already tried SFC/scannowDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthin cmd as an admin
