For no apparent reason I could not use my family shared version of MS Office 365 (Outlook) today.There was a comment 'Account not activated'.I tried to Repair this issue using the tools offered but now ALL the modules have disappeared. I have spent hours trying to understand the various advisory posts but when I try to reinstall Microsoft 365 as a shared family member I just get an error message stating that it is unable to install.I can't quote the exact message because I can't replicate the errors. Is there any way I can I start again from scratch without losing any data?This is entirely fru
