I cannot open Microsoft Store. It crashes upon run, recommended option, cmd or powershell didn't fix it.

I have a serious problem using apps directly related to windows 10, some associated apps won't delete, update or even work.When I tried wsreset command, It shows up an error, I don't know what does it mean:Powershell doesn't help either because it fails to process and interrupts:I even reinsalled OS, Store app began to malfunction when I signed in online.Please help me solve this... I'm using latest updates.Feedback hub
