I have a dell inspiron 14 5000. and i have been experiencing bsod pdc time out from hibernation. What is causing this problem and how do i fix it?

I have a dell inspiron 14 5000. and i have been experiencing bsod pdc time out from hibernation. What is causing this problem and how do i fix it? I know the minidump files will be asked and i tried to zip them but i get the message that file does not exist or no read permission -- what do i do?
