How to force a spreadsheet to recalculate even when no changes are made REPOST

I'm reposting this because It was suggested that You should bring that question to the Windows forum. It is not an Excel question per seI interpreted that to mean to change the Product classification from Office 365 to something else. There is no "something else" that accurately classifies the question, but I changed the Product classification to WINDOWS. Here is the original question Windows 10.
