Guest Buster5104 Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 in an attempt to reinstall xp i get to the "installing drivers" area and it asks for files on the motherboard disk but the mouse and keyboard lock up and i can't initialize the drop down menu or the disk to load the files

Or would it be faster and less painful just to take my computer to a "Geek Squad" to get it fixed?
