I've been told to make a new PIN for my device. But asked my own device PIN to verify!?

Hello,I've been using my 4-digit pin for a long time without problems to sign in to my windows 10. I have my own personalI've just recently joined a university and asked to signed with the university-given email so I can use 365 Office provided to all students.However the device no longer recognizes the 4-digit pin of my device that I had since forever!It tells me to go to Settings > Account > Signin Options > Windows Hello Pin to change it. I went ahead and tried it:1) It tells me and I've clicked: Sorry, this PIN isn't working for your organization's resources. Tap or click here to
