When I start up my laptop a box appears saying Solution Centre is checking for updates. It then says that the required file is on a CD and that it needs to be inserted. I have no idea what update this is for or what CD it is on about. Any ideas?

Outlook has a Solution Centre - do you have some remnants of MS Office.

is it a blueish box that comes up on the bottom right above the task tray area??
