I keep getting random IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen (When watching video,be idle etc) how can I find out what is causing the issue

When I'm not interacting with my pc it will sometimes randomly blue screen I have try restarting my computer, scaning with cmd reinstalling windows but nothing has seemed to fix it. Also when I'm play games it seems to not crash
