Guest John Maguire Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 When I click on the start menu, and then Help and Support icon nothing happens. Is there any way I can restore this function? System Restore is not an option. Also is there a way that I can inform Windows to shut down automatically? I have to hold in my power button for about 3 seconds now, when informed that it is safe to shut down.

For the Help and Support problem see this link: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm Why doesn't Help and Support work? > Also is there a way that I can inform Windows to shut down > automatically? > I have to hold in my power button for about 3 seconds now, when informed > that it is safe to shut down.
